Magdalena is an attorney of the firm’s international business transactions practice. She advises foreign corporations on a wide variety of direct investment matters, ranging from formation of suitable business associations to the negotiation and drafting of local and international business contracts. Magdalena advises on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, due diligence reviews of target companies, and on governance and compliance matters, including data privacy, Central Bank, and corporate (Superintendent of Corporations) regulations.

Before joining WSC Legal, Magdalena was an associate at the local office of an international law firm and served a secondment with Unilever, where she advised on a wide range of transactional and corporate issues.
