Juan Manuel Cedolini is a senior attorney in the Labor & Employment Practice at WSC Legal. He advises management of domestic and international employers on the laws affecting the workplace. He specializes in management-side litigation, representing employers in a broad range of private employment litigation.  Fully fluent in English, Juan Manuel is frequently involved in the review and drafting of bilingual documents, including offer letter, executive employment contracts and their addenda, handbooks and policies affecting the workplace, and other employment-related agreements and documents.

Before joining WSC Legal, Juan Manuel worked at an international firm, where he advised on layoffs tied to downsizing and closures, as well as individual employment termination processes. He has also negotiated numerous exit and mutual separation agreements.

Juan Manuel’s practice extends to advising management on employment and labor due diligence reviews in M&A transactions. His practice emphasizes negotiated outcomes as an alternative to litigation.
