María José Martinenghi is an associate in WSC Legal’s Employment & Labor Practice. She specializes in representing management in administrative proceedings and in employment litigation. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked for both the private sector and as an attorney for the government (National Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Labor for the Province of Buenos Aires).

María José is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires and pursued postgraduate studies in employment law at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

In 2002, María José was appointed as a Visiting Lecturer of the University of Buenos Aires, where she taught “Elements of Labor Law and Social Security.” She also served as a Lecturer for the Postgraduate Department of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association, where she taught “Legal Assistance for the Employer.”  María José also practiced law independently and held positions as official at both the Ministry of Labor of the Province of Buenos Aires and the National Ministry of Labor.
