A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires (2007), Guillermo studied public international law at The Hague Academy of International Law (The Hague, the Netherlands).

From 2010-2012, Guillermo managed legislative affairs for Paradoxia Consultores and served as a legislative advisor to various congressional members, drafting and negotiating significant legislative initiatives. From 2013 until joining WSC Legal in July 2017, Guillermo advised companies and represented management in administrative and judicial employment law claims.

Guillermo currently advises domestic and international companies on employment and labor law matters.
