Since August 2016, Gonzalo works at the Dispute Resolution Practice, where he leads civil, commercial and administrative proceedings and counsels local and international clients on commercial disputes, torts, civil liability, consumer claims, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, enforcement of foreign rulings and international probate proceedings. In addition, Gonzalo intercedes in administrative proceedings, advising clients on regulatory issues.

Before joining WSC Legal, Gonzalo represented the Buenos Aires City Government in civil and administrative claims between 2012 and 2015. Most of the claims were related to damages caused in public spaces or of the City’s domain (its hospitals, schools, subways, vehicles). Additionally, he reviewed and revised legal opinions in administrative proceedings related to regulatory matters as urban planning, taxis, licenses and permits, environmental issues, institutional matters, administrative requests in general, consumers protection and commercial loyalty.
