Form\u00f3 parte de la Fiscal\u00eda Nacional en lo Correccional Nro. 3 y, m\u00e1s tarde, trabaj\u00f3 en un estudio local como abogada junior en temas civiles y comerciales.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 2007 y 2008, realiz\u00f3 un M\u00e1ster en Derecho de la Empresa de la Universidad de Alcal\u00e1 de Henares en Madrid, Espa\u00f1a. A su regreso, se incorpor\u00f3 como abogada semi s\u00e9nior en un estudio de Buenos Aires, donde ejecut\u00f3 tareas de pr\u00e1ctica general y asesoramiento empresarial. Continu\u00f3 ejerciendo la profesi\u00f3n en otro estudio local como abogada s\u00e9nior, asesorando a empresas en cuestiones corporativas y en sus conflictos judiciales hasta 2024, a\u00f1o en que ingres\u00f3 a WSC Legal.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00e9s tiene amplia experiencia en el asesoramiento integral a empresas e individuos en derecho corporativo; negociaciones comerciales; constituci\u00f3n, registraci\u00f3n y asesoramiento de sociedades locales y extranjeras. Participa en procesos de <em>due diligence<\/em> para la compra y venta de empresas, en la negociaci\u00f3n, redacci\u00f3n y formalizaci\u00f3n de sus contratos, as\u00ed como en conflictos societarios.
