María Agustina Russo is an attorney at the Tax and Trade Department. She advises local and foreign companies on tax planning, tax advisory, and customs law, including tax and customs litigation at national, provincial and municipal levels.

Agustina’s tax advisory practice includes taxation of international equity compensation plans and permanent establishment risks.  She is the author of various articles related to her practice, including “Tasas Municipales Inconstitucionales: ¿Municipios Reincidentes?” and “Plan de Reparación Histórica de los Ahorros de los Argentinos: ¿Un Nuevo Punto de Partida o un Blanqueo Encubierto.”
