Pilar Lobos is part of the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions Practice, where she advises domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters.

Pilar has specific experience in advising on corporate regulatory compliance and has worked on various due diligence reviews of target companies.  She has authored articles related to her practice, including “Argentine Real Estate Guide for Foreign Buyers in 2025” and “Donald Trump vs. Big Law: ¿De qué se trata?.”
