Catalina Santamaria serves as a paralegal at WSC Legal while completing her law studies at the University of Buenos Aires.

She has supported the corporate team in due diligence processes for mergers, transformations, spin-offs, and other corporate transactions, as well as in preparing corporate projects for both local and international clients.

In addition, Catalina has contributed to the dispute resolution department, drafting legal documents for civil and commercial cases.

At the present time, she focuses her practice on tax matters, closely collaborating with attorneys in the research and interpretation of current regulations to develop robust tax strategies. She also handles legal documentation and oversees compliance with tax and judicial obligations.

Additionally, Catalina is as a teaching assistant for the “Elements of Civil Procedural Law” course at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires.
