Bio
Adela is a Spanish lawyer that specializes in tax, civil and commercial law and procedural matters.
Backed by 12 years of expertise in the field, Adela advises local and international clients in a wide range of tax matters, including corporate taxes, VAT, Personal Income Tax, Non-Residents Income Tax in Spain, and transfer pricing.
Adela began her professional career at the Department of Corporate Tax Services of KPMG. She also worked at the Tax Department of GTA Villamagna. Adela co-founded and serves as Co-Director of De la Peña & Bethencourt.
Adela obtained her Degree in Law and Political Sciences from the Carlos III University of Madrid and earned a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Legal Advisory Services in 2012 at the Center for Financial Studies, where she actively participates in teaching activities related to tax matters.
