Our advice focuses on compliance and prevention, but we have ample experience in remediation. We have expertise in international standards for environmental management (ISO 14001 certification) and offer in-company training for client personnel tasked with environmental management responsibilities.

Our environmental practice extends to conflict resolution. We frequently represent clients in response to administrative requests and sanctions, as well as in judicial proceedings involving environmental damage claims. We also advise on prevention and management of environmental conflicts with the community.
The environmental practice group routinely works alongside the corporate and M&A practice groups in stock purchases, equity and debt financing and other transactions requiring due diligence investigations by a buyer or lender.
