Pablo advises companies operating in a wide range of industries but is an expert in the electrical power and oil & gas sectors. Pablo has advised generators and other participants involved in renewable energy. Pablo’s practice further extends to antitrust matters including procedures and filings with the National Antitrust Commission.
Since 2001, Pablo has advised on electricity and natural gas regulations. He has also managed local litigation on behalf of foreign investors in these industries. In 2006, Pablo became in-house counsel at Endesa Cemsa (a member of the Grupo Endesa electric power generation companies). There he continued to work in the electricity and natural gas sectors and managed disputes involving the sale, export and import of electric power. In 2008, Pablo returned to the role of external counsel, advising on major infrastructure projects, including oil and gas pipelines, electrical power distribution networks and power plants. In addition to his transactional practice, Pablo continues to represent clients in domestic and international litigation.
